Learn-to-Swim 1 (LTS1)

Lesson Times: Mon/Wed OR Tues/Thur - 3:30pm to 4:15pm OR 4:30pm to 5:15pm

Fall Term Dates: September 11th 2023 to November 16th 2023

This program is for swimmers new to the water, ages four and up. The student gets comfortable with the water, putting their face in the water, blowing bubbles standing up and laying flat, floating, kicking with and without fins
Swimmers may not spend much time in this group. Once swimmers have attained the necessary skills they are moved to Learn-to-Swim 2.

Learn to Swim 2 (LTS) 

Lesson Times: Mon/Wed/Fri OR Tues/Thur/Fri - 4:00pm to 5:00pm

Fall Term Dates: September 11th 2023 to December 1st 2023

The student learns to develop kick and improve breathing skills. Basic freestyle and backstroke swimming and drills are also learned.  Here the classes are fun and may include games to improve in water coordination.

*Please note: when there are Friday evening sessions of swim meets practice will be cancelled*

Improve Your Stroke (IYS)  

Lesson Times:
Monday to Thursday - 4:00pm to 5:00pm

Fall Term Dates: September 11th 2023 to December 15th 2023

Training group is designed to for swimmers who wish to make more of a commitment to the sport of swimming.  Practices are designed to be fun while teaching the fundamentals competitive swimming, including all four competitive strokes, streamlining, racing starts and turns.  Participation in swim meets is encouraged.

Competitive (COM) 12 & under

Practice Times:
Mon, Wed, Fri - 5:00pm to 6:30pm
Tue, Thu - 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Sat 9:00am to 12:00am

Fall Term Dates: September 11th 2023 to December 21st 2023, December 27th 2023 to December 29th 2023

Each practice is designed to continue to develop and refine stroke mechanics.  Emphasis is upon stroke and competitive skill development. Land training is also part of the practice schedule to further develop strength and fitness. Practice procedures, such as using a pace clock, and workout skills and knowledge are a major goal. A high priority is given to a strong knowledge foundation for future development.  Meet participation is also highly encouraged.  

Competitive (COM) 13 & over

Practice Times:
Mon to Fri - 5:00pm to 7pm
Sat 9:00am to 12:00am

Morning practice times will be determined by the coach.

LTS1 - $215 (10 weeks)

LTS2 - $225 per term
