Afterschool Swim Programs

Beginners
Lesson Times: Mon/Tue/Thur 4:30pm to 5:00pm

This program is for swimmers new to the water, ages four and up. The student gets comfortable with the water, putting their face in the water, blowing bubbles standing up and laying flat, floating, kicking.

Stroke Development/Fitness
Lesson Times: Mon/Tues/Thur 5:00pm to 6:00pm

The student learns to develop kick and improve breathing skills. Basic freestyle and backstroke swimming and drills are also learned. For more advanced swimmers, breaststroke and butterfly strokes are also taught.

Those interested in competing can be registered with Bahamas Aquatics to enable participation in swim meets in Nassau or Freeport.

Location: CTI/One Eleuthera in Rock Sound

Fall Dates

The fall 2025 class will run for 10-weeks:

:September 16th to November 21st

There is no class on the following days

October 13th 2025

Cost/Registration Fee

Registration and payment for the full 10 weeks is required.

 

Beginners: $225
Stroke Development/Fitness: $300

Accepted payment methods: cash, bank direct deposit (preferred).

What to Wear

Only proper swimsuits allowed in the pool. No t-shirts, cotton tights, basketball shorts etc.

No snorkeling goggles. Swimmers' noses should be uncovered.
